Hiking
King Ludwig I had the structure built in the middle of the 19th century. From the viewing terrace, which can be reached by elevator or 125 steps, you have a fantastic view over the Danube, Altmühl and Kehlheim. Inside the magnificent building, you can admire 34 victory goddesses made of Carrara marble.

In the Liberation Hall you can go up 165 steps to the top gallery.

Hiking
A spiral staircase leads to the "first floor" and has a great view from above of the floor with beautiful patterns. Then, via another spiral staircase, you come to the upper outdoor area with a great view of Kelheim, Danube etc.
