This simple reinforced concrete structure, called the "Seminarpavillon", was designed by architect Christoph Perka; the floor area is 30 square meters. Wire mesh, filled with regional stone, enlivens the walls of the 3.30-meter-high pavilion. It is intended to serve as a resting and relaxation area and invite contemplation or celebration. The small house is not a classic vineyard house, but is designed more modernly. With its natural stone elements, it fits well into the landscape. The Seminarpavillon cost a total of 45,000 euros.
