Hiking
The castle was a two-part complex, surrounded by wide moats. From the main castle located to the north, remnants of the mighty keep up to 100 meters high have been preserved. The walls are over three meters thick. After a depression, the walled large outer bailey with a diameter of 50 meters adjoins to the south, whose walls are preserved in large parts. The castle was heavily damaged during the Thirty Years' War and in the years 1716 and 1717. Nevertheless, the castle was inhabited until 1750.
