    The Burgstall Saufelsen is a former high medieval noble castle on the upper edge of the Altmühl Valley above the village of Unteremmendorf in the municipality of Kinding in the Upper Bavarian district of Eichstätt in Bavaria, Germany. The ministerial castle has almost completely disappeared; only a ring ditch and another ditch have survived from the hill castle. The site is protected as a ground monument.
