The half-timbered mill has stood at the corner of Mühlenstrasse and Marienstraße since 1724, as a tributary of the Moorbach brook was built for the citadel.
It was sovereign property until 1882 and was farmed on a long lease. For many years there was a black bread bakery here. Today it houses business premises (no viewing).
