We stayed there twice in September 2026. Good rooms, good breakfast, top location. The food in the beer garden and restaurant was also good. Really recommended.

Despite all warnings - we didn't see a single mosquito and didn't need mosquito repellent at all. The tour was therefore a completely undisturbed pleasure for us, the unique landscape is simply a dream 🥰❗️

Attention! "Fontaneweg" from the direction of Nordumfluter towards the hotel "Eiche" is currently a dead end. The last bridge, shortly before the hotel "Eiche", is impassable due to significant damage!

We took a break here with our kayak. The lawn is large enough to park boats. Plenty of seating, shaded by awnings or trees. Everything is clean and pretty.

Fantastic landscape in and around the "Gurkenradweg". The cycle paths are lined with many bridges that lead over the small canals.
