Beautiful four-wing complex, 1551 by Heinrich von Gersdorf after the acquisition of the adjacent monastery. Renovation of the abbot's house in the style of the Saxon Renaissance. In 1623 it was bought by Elector Johann Georg I of Saxony Dobrilugk and further expanded. His son Duke Christian I of Saxony-Merseburg completed the castle in 1676
