A beautiful little chapel in the forest near Au in the Hallertau region. About 50 meters before the chapel, a path leads to the Celtic rampart on the left.

Celtic Hill at Au i.d. Hallertau July 9, 2018 Luise No sign, no blackboard, no hint - who does not know what is hiding here in Au in the Hallertau in the forest, will not stumble over it. She has a great atmosphere: the Keltenschanze! Celtic Hill: Quick facts Duration: Is good to do in 20 minutes, but thanks to the many forest paths, the hike can be extended as desired. Suitable for: The path on the hill itself is an up and down, also with many roots. So not suitable for rolling companions. Special features: Before turning into the big dark forest, turn around! Then you have a picturesque view of Au i.d. Hallertau. Otherwise, of course, a lot of nature, and also private hunting grounds. Say: dogs on a leash.
