Tough climb, unpleasant to walk on, lots of loose rubble and in places the path is not visible, be careful, some places/rocks are very slippery.

I also did the tour from the Wimbachgrieshütte to the Blaueishütte and would bring a via ferrata set and a lightweight helmet next time. This makes the climb a bit more relaxed. This tour shouldn't be attempted in bad weather. Please only choose this tour if you have absolute surefootedness. Otherwise, it's a beautiful tour :)
