Beautiful village on the Stour, the β€˜capital’ of the Dedham Vale, with an imposing high street including cafes for a refreshment stop. The descent down through the wide main street from the south-west offers a nice fast run as well!

The Sustrans route here is over quite rough ground and may not be suitable for wider bikes. The sign says " no motorised vehicles", not sure if that applies to ebikes. If you are unsure stick to the road route which is usually quiet.
