The church is an elongated plastered building with a southern and northern porch, which was consecrated in 1766. In 1866, a neo-Gothic, richly structured west tower made of brick was added. The spacious interior has double galleries to the north and south and is completed by a cove ceiling from the time of construction, which is painted with ornaments and putti and was renewed in 1891 by the Oscar Foneweit workshop.
