Picturesque white church from 1802. Out front, you can still spot the remains of the old pillory – straight out of a Skyrim loading screen.

A good view of the coast and secluded bay on the ride to/from Lindesnes Fyr. The road is perfect, and this is a pretty good view too.

The memorial to the MS Palatia, a German freighter sunk off the Norwegian coast in 1942 by a New Zealand torpedo bomber. It was believed to be a ship carrying German troops on its way to Norway to supply ships. However, the ship was carrying 914 Russian prisoners of war. A total of 986 people lost their lives, including almost all Russian prisoners and a Norwegian pilot.
