Monte Pagliano is almost a thousand meters high, reaching 989 meters above sea level. Its summit is covered by a rich forest where several really fun MTB trails branch off. We recommend that you pedal a few more times to reach the beautiful panoramic point just beyond the summit from which you can admire Monviso, Monte San Bernardo and many other peaks.

Narrow sheer walls lead to the alabaster quarries, and as soon as you enter the temperature drops drastically as the sun's rays are unable to reach this small passage. There are two different ones, at different altitudes. They are worth a visit

Inside this chapel there are the apse frescoes by the Biazaci brothers (from Busche), dating back to the fifteenth century. You can enter by booking entry on the "Open Churches" app. In the circle of frescoes there is also one of the first representations of a hurdy-gurdy player. Upon entering, on the left, there is a switch, press it and the voice will guide you to discover the artistic heritage.

Suggestive coves in the alabaster rocks. If you arrive from below you need to carry your bike on your shoulder near the steep stairs. It is more convenient to arrive from the top. Access to the quarries is not signposted (I believe they are privately owned).
