Technically, it's a general cycling ban—but if you ride carefully, it shouldn't be a real problem. And today, when it's difficult to get through the old town because of the Easter market, it's certainly justifiable... because if you don't ride over the Risi Bridge, you'll reach a neighborhood a little further ahead, and from there, you'll find yourself back on the regular bike path.
