The NoJoke section is definitely not for beginners! My friend dislocated his shoulder on the last jump and had to be taken to the emergency room by ambulance. Luckily everyone was very helpful. Two people came straight away and helped to bring the bikes and protective gear back to the car, otherwise it would have taken me forever. The MTB community is really great! Despite the injury, I have to say that it is really fun here. The challenges and the action make the risks worth it and you learn to know and respect your limits. So always be careful and have fun - that's part of it!
