I don't need to say anything about the bike path; I wanted to visit the Lichtenstein Gorge, which wasn't a good idea due to the school holidays. The wait was at least an hour, so I continued on to a decent snack bar near the clinic in Schwarzach. The Greisslerei (food store) processes and sells products containing venison. I picked up some as a snack for future bike rides, and it was delicious.

I arrived just in time to cool off in the water jet. I was a bit surprised by the relatively small spectator area; in Oberstdorf, it's considerably larger. I wonder how the spectators get up the mountain, given the steep and narrow road.
