The Increa Park covers an area of approximately 330,000 sq m (33 hectares) in the southeastern part of the municipality of Brugherio and borders the municipality of Cernusco to the southeast and a stretch of the eastern ring road to the northwest. Where the park is today, there was once an agricultural area, which from the 1960s was the site of sand and gravel extraction activities; then, in 1985, thanks to the variant to the PRG and the agreement between the municipality of Brugherio and some private quarry owners, environmental recovery interventions began, aimed at the creation of a public equipped park including green areas and a small lake. In 1987 the area was acquired by the municipal heritage and in the following twenty years the works were carried out which have led today to having the largest green lung in Brugherio and the surrounding area.

La Cascina Increa is a historic 17th-century rural complex (inaugurated in 1691), located in Brugherio (MB) in the Increa locality. Structured in four courtyards, once the residence of noble families such as the Tizzoni and the Ottolini, today it represents a typical example of Lombard agricultural architecture. In its vicinity lies the homonymous Parco Increa, born from the reconversion of a quarry.

In the Increa locality, still isolated in the countryside, stands a complex of considerable proportions, owned by the Milanese families of the Tizzoni first, and the Ottolini later. The planimetric layout is that of a closed U-shape, which is preceded by an entrance with a semicircular invitation that leads into the noble courtyard; here, frontally, the main body overlooks with a penta portico. A small oratory, now disfigured, emptied of all sacred furnishings and decorations, stands to the left of the entrance; on the sides, corresponding to the lower wings overlooking the courtyard, three symmetrical openings can be seen.

Plan-wise, the farmhouse is organized into four courtyards for different functions: the large courtyard and one derived from it for the laborers; the manor courtyard for the owners; the courtyard probably reserved for dwellings and craft activities (farrier, blacksmith, etc.) and stables. The main facade of the complex, rigidly linear, develops along the road on which the various accesses to the courtyards open. The large rustic courtyard is accessed through a traditional arched opening; three of its sides are defined by dwellings, which have a porticoed ground floor and a balconied first floor. The fourth side is made up of the long rustic building behind which are some common services (such as the oven), and sections of wall that delimit the complex. Construction period: 17th century - before 1691
