Nice place in town. Old tower, bars and more.

One of the many panoramic points, among the 2 most popular locations in the Gargano, from where you can admire splendid bays, stacks, trebuchets, watchtowers...

Even from very close it is difficult to spot as it is located in the highest part of the town.

The town of Peschici is located 90 meters above sea level, which means there are breathtaking views everywhere. Due to its exposure, in spring and summer it is possible to see both the sunrise and sunset over the sea. The historic center is surrounded by medieval walls which are broken by towers, some of which still remain intact. It's nice to get lost among its narrow streets, white houses and small artisan shops.

Along the SP52 that connects Peschici and Vieste, numerous panoramic points over the Adriatic Sea follow one another. The road is also surprisingly full of ups and downs, making it a lot of fun.

Yesterday I tried to do the stretch from the port of Peschici to the promontory before Manaccora but unfortunately it's not feasible. In San Nicola the campsite is closed and therefore I was unable to follow the track that included a stretch on the beach, I looked for alternative routes but everything was closed. A big pity!! I advise Komoot to highlight it on the site, of the eleven km foreseen I have done a small part.
