Canale is a district of Ville del Monte opposite the Bocca Magnone, which has survived the centuries without much change. On the southern slope of Mount Misone lie contiguous and closely nested stone houses of strikingly unified Trentino style.

Every year at the beginning of August, a one-week medieval village festival (Rustico Medioevo) takes place in Canale. There is a wide range of entertainment, from theatrical performances in costumes, inspired by old paintings, peasant Trentino singing performances to epicurean delicacies from local cooking pots. In addition, artists from the region come up with a variety of surprises for the entertainment of the population and the guests. The event series has become a fixture in the cultural life of Trentino.

The tour around the lake is about 9 km long, well shaded and with few ups and downs, very suitable for a walk or a slow-paced bike ride.

The waterfalls of Riva del Garda were inaugurated on June 20, 1874, with a solemn ceremony in the presence of an exceptional godfather: Prince Nicholas of Montenegro, who was on holiday on Lake Garda at that time. The inauguration was a great event for Riva: naturally all the authorities participated, starting with the then podestà Vincenzo Colò, and it was experienced by all the citizens of Riva as a great celebration and remembered for a long time. To enter you need to wear raincoats otherwise you will come out washed Very nice place
