Dedicated to the conversion of Saint Paul, it was erected on the cliff overlooking the Panaro valley. It features an asymmetrical gabled facade. The inscription is still partially legible on the particular triangular monolithic stone that crowns the portal. Inside, the beautiful baroque wooden altar, a copy of the precious 14th-century icon of the Madonna (the original is housed in the church of San Bartolomeo in Pavullo nel Frignano), the cusp of the baptismal font, and simple furnishings are visible. The silence of the place encourages ideal contemplation for prayer. Holy Mass is celebrated here on August 5th, the day dedicated to Our Lady of the Snows. The first Sunday thereafter is dedicated to festivities: religious celebrations and food stalls. Small village, a hamlet of Serramazzoni, dominated by the castle of the same name, unfortunately not visitable as it is private property. If the houses in the village have been recently renovated, the same cannot be said for the castle which, although renovated since the early 1900s, today presents externally conditions that are not among the best, with some sections clearly degraded. The best view of the castle and the village is therefore obtained not from the village itself but from the surrounding hills: move towards Monte Ravaglia or Monte Cornazzano and, armed with binoculars, you can admire the beauty of this castle of ancient medieval origin.
