**Why recommend it?** Because it's a simple and pleasant way to discover the most evocative side of **Passignano sul Trasimeno**. The historic center, listed among *The most beautiful villages in Italy*, is well-maintained, rich in history, and continuously offers characteristic views to photograph. It's a walk I recommend **at any time of the day**: even during the hottest summer hours, the alleys of the center offer several shaded stretches, allowing you to walk more peacefully. And then there's everything you need to make the walk even more enjoyable: along the path, you'll find **bars, restaurants, and pastry shops**, perfect for a break, whether sweet or savory. In short, a route without haste, to be experienced by strolling and letting curiosity guide you. 🌿🏘️

located in the park adjacent to the lake, sometimes not in perfect condition, but a great place to teach your children some technique on the bike

A charming village overlooking Lake Trasimeno, from where you can take the ferry to Isola Maggiore, and in my opinion it's definitely worth it! If you can, stay in Passignano for dinner so you can enjoy the sunset along the lakeside path and the historic center at night.

Magic nightride! Thnx for sharing this route. I started this ride anti clockwise 20.30hr in late June. Next to the great views over the lake at sunset it started to get dark when passing Liciano Niccone (So bring some good light with you) From there the last climb trough the forrest was pure magical. At both sides of the road the forest was full of fireflies. Quit some stunning experience!
