This little section of trail is a good way down from the ridge between Puigacreu and Puig d'en Bardissa. It could be done on a gravel bike but it would not be easy or fun. If headed down the trail it splits and I took the trail to the right which also turned out to be fine on a mountain bike.

This section starting below Puig d'en Bardissa and going up and around and continuing to the trail of Sant Julia del Mont is a very hard climb. If you stay on the gravel, rockie road you can climb most of it and only have to push in a few areas. The hiking trail looks impossible on a bike. Coming down would be easy but not so fun because you would need to do it slowly.

El Torn is a lovely little town with only a few houses. It's a picturesque place to pass through on a road ride but also the beginning of some really nice gravel roads.

One of the many old train stations alongside the Ruta del Carrilet. This one has a nice terrace in front of it.

One of the many little villages alongside the Ruta del Carrilet. Beautiful views here over the landscape and the river. Don’t cycle at high speed over here because you need time to have a look at the environment 😄
