Interesting and different. However you need lights and there are a couple of potholes. Well worth adding to a ride. It could look daunting but take it easy and its very rideable and you should ride it.

A nice option for a stop on the edge of Little Bowden. Prepare to do a bit of climbing when you leave though, if heading south.

The historic Northamptonshire village of East Farndon lies on the Jurassic Way long-distance footpath, though there are few facilities for hikers to make use of. King Charles I's army stayed here during the First English Civil War before their defeat at the Battle of Naseby. Just to the south is Prince Rupert's Viewpoint, which he would have used around 8am on the morning of the battle to look out across the fields. There are specific trails that explore the region the battle took place in. See https://www.naseby.com/ for more information.
