And the 16th meridian passes here, so they placed a stone here, just so you know. It's an interesting boulder (it weighs over 5 tons). There are benches nearby, so you can rest. I just want to know if this one is the 16th, are there others, the 15th and 17th?

The church in Śmiechów is a Romanesque-Gothic stone and brick structure. It was built at the turn of the 13th and 14th centuries, making it one of the oldest churches in the area. It has been rebuilt twice. In the 15th century, a tower was added, which served, among other purposes, a defensive purpose. The interior contains 17th-century monuments: the main altar, baptismal font, and a polychrome ceiling from 1691. Next to the church is a cemetery, historically linked to the 13th-century church. It houses an obelisk commemorating the victims of World War I, on which a modern exhibition of Golgotha is located. Entrance to the church and cemetery grounds is through a historic gate. Although the church has a centuries-old history, the parish in Śmiechów is relatively young. It was established in 1976. In the 1990s, a major renovation and restoration of the church's monuments was undertaken. https://parafiasmiechow.pl/index.php/o-parafii/
