A steam mill building from the late 19th century. After the war, it housed a grain warehouse, and is now abandoned.

The church was built in 1937 for a small Catholic community living in pre-war Mieszkowice. After 1945, the church ceased to serve religious functions. It housed a fuel warehouse and a fruit and vegetable warehouse and collection point. It was not until 2009–2011 that the church was rebuilt and services are once again held there.

The church was built in the first half of the 14th century. Initially, it did not have a tower, it was added only in 1611. In the mid-19th century, a small annex was added to the eastern elevation. This is probably the tomb of the former owners of the village. In 1888, the old tower was demolished and a new brick tower was built in its place, preserved to this day. The windows were also changed and a porch was added.

The church was built in the first half of the 14th century. It was built of granite stone. In the 16th century, two burial chapels were added on the south and north sides. In the 18th century, the window openings were rebuilt. The church underwent a more serious renovation in the 19th century. The roof truss was replaced, a tower was added, and the gable walls were bricked. In 1980, a porch was added on the west side. Next to the stairs leading to the church, a figure of Mary stands on a stone plinth. In reality, it is a monument to the villagers who died during World War I. German inscriptions have been preserved on the back wall of the plinth.
