Another interesting historic war cemetery in the area. It is in the woods by the current parish cemetery. Interesting unusual tombstones and crosses. From the east stands a large cross that looks teoche like a monument or tomb. A noteworthy place. The next similar cemetery is to the west further along this road.

Ticket prices in 2024: standard ticket – PLN 40 concessionary ticket* – PLN 20 children up to 3 years of age – free (under adult supervision) ROUTE ELK – SYPITKI – EŁK (30 km) The route of the trip leads through picturesque Masurian areas, between the lakes: Selmęt Wielki and Regielskie. During the leisurely train journey, guests can admire the beautiful and wild nature, which will remain in the memory for a long time. Sypitki (rest station) is a charming small village located on the Lega (Małkiń) river, perfect for a quiet walk, during which you can visit, among others, the buildings of the former water mill or an interesting structure called the eel house. The entire journey takes 3 hours. The train travels 45 minutes one way and the same amount of time back. At the rest stop there is a 1.5-hour break with a bonfire (sticks are prepared, provisions on your own). Worth knowing: in the Sypitki area there is a point with waffles, ice cream or iced coffee.
