This is not a bridge, but a viaduct. Don't be afraid, you won't drown.

The path is mostly asphalt, with some concrete slabs in places, but quite even.

As the band Apteka once sang, "The Gdynia Shipyard, you probably know, is the most beautiful in the world." 😍 But what really dominates today is the view of the expanding container port.

Currently (06.2025) the posts are removed to the side of the road to facilitate construction work on the CHP plant that has been ongoing since the winter. It is not known whether the blocks will be put back in their place, but they are visible in the grass nearby :)

The Beka Nature Reserve is located on the Bay of Puck, between Osłonin and Rewa, and protects unique halophytes, flood meadows and breeding grounds for many bird species. It is an ideal place for lovers of silence, nature and bird watching, especially during spring and autumn migrations. A paved bicycle path runs through the reserve, which is part of the R10 route (Velo Baltica), making it a convenient destination for bikepackers. It is worth taking binoculars and avoiding entering the meadows outside the designated route so as not to scare away the birds. This is one of those points on the map that allows you to truly feel the contact with nature without the crowds.
