While it was previously aimed at commemorating the dead of both world wars, the community's redesign is intended to dedicate it to the victims of all military conflicts and expulsions in the future. It has therefore also been given the name "Friedensmal".

nice starting point for hiking in the Meyner forest and Wallsbüller forest. but you can also cycle through the forest and enjoy nature. It goes partly through moorland, but the paths are all paved. the Wallsbüller Strom also flows through the forest.
