I will quote the author Wojciech Kołacz, pseudonym Otecki: "The main motif of the mural is three figures. The central one personifies the Biała River, and on the sides I have symbolically shown both cities. The compositional arrangement of the figures suggests a bridge. The relationships of the figures that create this 'construction' are the relationships of the inhabitants. The river is no longer a geographical barrier - today there are real bridges. I would like the mural to remind us of overcoming interpersonal barriers, to celebrate unity and to remind us that bonds must be constantly worked on. The composition also includes motifs taken from the heraldry of both cities: two roses from the coat of arms of Biała and three white lilies from the coat of arms of Bielsko."

The appearance of these symbols on the square is a curiosity. Wojska Polskiego is somewhat controversial. The frogs on the tenement house (the tallest building in the photo) were placed at the beginning of the last century (the tenement house was a winery at the time) not for the joy or amusement of the residents, but... They were a symbol of religious intolerance aimed at evangelicals. They decorate the northern façade, facing directly towards the evangelical church located a few meters away. Now the city authorities want to use these "politically incorrect", yet very nice frog images to promote the city.
