It's size is smaller than an acre, but it gives a public access point to the waters of Blue Hill Bay on Peter's Cove. This landing is made up of sandy and rocky shores. Visitors are welcome to launch kayaks and other small boats that can be carried by hand down to the beach. This area is great for swimming during mid- to high tide.
