This park boasts many features, including a skate park, a Disc Golf course, an amphitheater, a rock climbing wall, a splash pad, and a playground. A nice paved path encircles the park, with benches along the way, making it a pleasant place to take a break.

This section takes you through the heart of Oscar Scherer State Park, offering a pleasant route through a nicely forested area. This area is a habitat for the threatened Gopher Tortoises, so be careful as you run.
