This mill wheel at Bachstrasse 22 is one of the largest in the southwest! The associated village mill - formerly also called "Pletschmühle" - was built in 1756. Already 250 years ago, the associated old mill was supplying the entire surrounding population with flour. The mill wheel is located in an inner courtyard on the property of the former miller Paul Henn, next to the old mill, in which the wooden technology with its many gears is reminiscent of the old days. The upper water wheel has a diameter of 8.40 meters. The mill is still operated today as a grist mill using electricity.
