Bridge over the gorge

We enjoy driving along the Greenway – the bridge, restored but not offering a great view, spans the wooded valley. More interesting, however, are the remains of the railway line at the end of the Greenway.

Tréguier, a beautiful little town to visit

This stretch along the stream is actually a wide hiking trail that we found to be very muddy. Soon after descending into the valley, by the water basins, there is a sign saying "End of the cycle path" which is appropriate for the type of path, but a bit odd for a defined EV4. Luckily, we made it through with full luggage without falling or touching the ground. The route is scenically attractive. A detour would only be possible over a large area.

A small supermarket with many regional specialties where we could buy good provisions for the picnic. There are not many shops on the EV4 route. Please note lunch break 12:30 - 14:30
