Each of these crosses encountered by hikers in villages or fields is a symbol of remembrance of the crucifixion, but also of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. "With us on earth, there is His memory, but in the Kingdom of Heaven is His presence: This presence is the joy of those who have already attained salvation. The memory is our consolation, as we are still wanderers, journeying toward our homeland." (Bernard of Clairvaux)

Very enduro-heavy (cool) natural, stones & roots including starting tower at the start (very cool). Green and blue were enough for me. From black, an integral helmet and protectors are mandatory. Very friendly and very nice bike community.

Rue de la Poste in La Jonchère-Saint Maurice. Its courtyard with its granite slabs and its fountain attract the eye. It is by slowing down the pace that we see the stones to be washed. Remarkably restored, it is well flowered, which must be seen again in the spring. https://www.lepopulaire.fr/jonchere-saint-maurice-87340/actualites/le-lavoir-du-queyroix-comme-autrefois_12095863

In rue Saint Léger, a stone's throw from the church, the Raby Fountain was built in the 13th century. She is one of the most beautiful I know. .anciensite.nature-patrimoine-montsdambazac.fr/_media/bv000001.lkdoc.histoire-1.pdf

On the way through we had a nice picnic here (some public tables and benches) and walked around the lake for an hour. Very pretty. There is also a campsite to stay overnight.
