There is a section with a nice, very rolling single track.

One of my favorite strips. Be careful in the bends. Too fast and you're in the fields, but too slow and you come to a complete standstill.

Beautiful little passage through the woods along the mark. The path leads to the Warlet marsh.

A nice section of Voie Verte, a hint of small roads, a good bit of forest (Marchiennes) and a return via the old Scarpe towpath to complete the loop. Itinerary accessible to all. However, some sections may become muddy in the event of rain.

Be careful, there are two chains to go around which can get mixed up with the gravel. See the last photo.

I came to the Pavé du Moulin de Vertain from Roubaix. Here the first 20 meters look like normal cobblestones. Then comes a section of maybe 50 meters, where the cobblestones are in poor condition. I drove there. And then came the section up to the mill! The pavement was such that I preferred to push my touring bike with luggage including camping equipment over it so that I could continue my journey. And if you then still know that there should be much worse sections. Oh my God!

Super well rolling and very winding sector. Ideal for having fun, but watch out for families on a walk 😉!

Rather rolling paved sector 1700m long. It has several fairly tight turns. It is part of the cobblestones of Paris-Roubaix, sector of Auchy-les-Orchies in Bersée
