Wooden water mill on the Mrożyca River located in Dąbrówka Mała in the Łódź province, built in 1948. In the 19th century, there was a fulling mill here and a neighboring mill powered by a water wheel. During World War I, the wheel was replaced by a water turbine and equipped with rollers and newer cleaning devices. The mill was dismantled by the Germans during World War II. The current mill was built in 1948 on the site of the former mill. The mill represents a post and beam construction. It is single-storey with a superstructure, boarded with planks. It has a gable roof covered with roofing felt. It was initially powered by a water turbine, and then (from 1957) by an electric motor. It was still in operation in the 1970s. Currently out of operation.

There are numerous legends about the origins of chapels - all of them refer to the creation of the chapel and the apparitions of Saint. Anthony (Franciscan) in the 1670s. Due to the large number of pilgrims arriving, a large wooden church was built in place of the wooden chapel, and the wooden chapel was moved around 1779. to the so-called Hermitage (at today's Wycieczkowa Street), where it is still located today. It is the oldest preserved monument in Łódź, with a spring inside, considered by many to be a miraculous one. The second chapel (standing next to it) dates back to 1730 and is named after Saint. Roch and Sebastian. It was most likely a hermitage. The beams are cut diagonally so that they can be removed. Perhaps the hermit's meal was served here. The shrines were dedicated to patron saints protecting against the most dangerous diseases. Saints Anthony, Roch and Sebastian protected people from plague and infectious diseases.

The Department of Water and Sewerage encourages cyclists to drink water from deep wells in Łódź. ZWIK encourages the inhabitants of Lodz to take a bicycle trip from Stoki to Łagiewniki. Along the way, you can quench your thirst with water from three deep water shots. You can also see the valleys of three rivers in Łódź: Łódka, Bzura and Łagiewniczanka. Water from deep wells: in Stoki (ul. Zbocze / Giewont), on ul. Klimatyzacja (parking) and at the monastery in Łagiewniki, is suitable for direct consumption. It is the city's only public spas from which you can drink deep-sea water. It is rich in minerals valuable to humans, which makes it perfect for quenching thirst during physical exertion - while cycling or jogging.
