The building has a single nave with a single altar. Built in 1938 on land owned by Ruggiero in the town of Camaldoli, above the Strada Statale n° 91, it was opened for worship the following year by Monsignor Giuseppe Maria Palatucci and was dedicated to a martyr from Campagna, who died nearby during the persecution of the first Christians.
