Beautiful! We were here in early spring, and not all parts of the path were easily passable because there were still deep puddles to navigate around. This meant the route had to be planned carefully. Also, the boardwalk ends practically in the water at one point, so it's best to plan your visit for later in the year.

The Herzles Trail is relatively short and easy to walk. There are many stations with games and sayings for children and adults. My starting point would be the spacious recreational area with free parking and plenty of play areas for children and young people. There's also a nice barbecue area.

A great hike in the Urseen, but only possible with dry feet when it's dry.

A particularly beautiful path between the lakes.

We also stopped after the last jetty today because the water was still about 15cm deep in the shallow areas (and temperatures around zero degrees). Really amazing scenery. It's a shame that the jetties weren't moved further.

Very interesting moorland landscape with some highlights. In winter, some sections are barely or not at all accessible because they are flooded and icy. The ice is not strong enough and you can end up standing in water up to your knees. It is better to turn back.
