Beautiful lake; in the so-called black lake next door there is a fishing hut with good fish.

Excellent regional cuisine with delicious game and fish dishes, the likes of which you wouldn't expect in this remote part of Brandenburg. It's run with a very family-friendly atmosphere and a great deal of dedication. Be sure to go inside and don't be fooled by the exterior appearance!

The castle, located on the eastern shore of the Grienericksee, is considered a prime example of the so-called Frederickian Rococo and also served as a model for Sanssouci Palace. Rheinsberg Castle is very well signposted in Rheinsberg and there are paid parking spaces right at the entrance.
