I didn't see this observation tower in 2016, maybe it wasn't there. But now I noticed it immediately. Since I like observation towers, I went there right away. There's a rope at the top, and you can slide down on a trolley (although there weren't any at the time).

Unfortunately, there are a lot of repairs going on there this year, and it's been difficult to move around and see everything clearly. Normally, the library is open, and you can use the internet there if you need it or look for books. Things looked different in 2016 than they do now in 2025.
