A very beautiful mill on the outskirts of Veere. The mill in Veere is called De Koe and is located at Warwijcksestraat 16 in Veere. It is located on the former mill bastion in the west of Veere. It is a gallery mill from 1909, which was in operation until 1964. The mill was commissioned by Jacob Willem Markusse after his old mill, dating from 1736, burned down in 1907. The new building bears the name of the old mill. Source: entdecke-walcheren.de/taxonomy/term/57
