Calmly, even on hot days, many trails in the forest are in the shade.

Nice place to visit just near center of Krakow. Views are just splendid from the top, but you need to buy ticket to access it as way goes through the museum (quite interesting and modern). Park around is nice to walk, both by asphalt and by ground, choose any you want ;) Also there are plenty of places around where to sit for a picnic.

Historic Mounds. Kościuszko Mound is right next to the route. Piłsudski Mound, which is accessible only by bike. Along the way, there's the Zoo and Sikornik Mountain with a beautiful view. You can also start from Wawel Castle or Salwator.

This reserve covers only 6.41 hectares. This area was placed under protection to preserve the limestone forest (the only such area near Krakow). A beautiful place for a walk - there is also a good information board for those seeking knowledge beyond the climates of nature.
