The harbor of Cham offers a great view not only of Lake Zug, but also of the surrounding mountains, such as Rigi and Zugerberg. There are various seating options (benches, wooden loungers, directly on the meadow, etc.), as well as enough space to stop with bikes and enjoy the great view. In summer, the kiosk-restaurant "Hirsgartenbad" is open.

Recommended stable bistro with ample seating, partly covered, and the tables are also very beautifully and seasonally decorated. Payment is possible in cash or via Twint.

Very beautiful forest pond north of Steinhausen, there are various barbecue and seating areas around the pond to linger. Basically, you can circle the lake in a comfortable 15-20 minutes. However, one side of the lake is currently closed...

A place to take great photos. You can find the place if you walk or drive the path from Unterägeri/Neuägeri, past the Höllgrotte to Baar (or vice versa), highly recommended.

Especially in summer, when it's hot, very nice. With many possibilities for grilling. Best in the early morning.

From the right perspective in the evening, there are great pictures of the pedestrian bridge over the Lorze. Standpoint on the right side downstream under the railway bridge.
