Burgenland's first artificial lake was built between 1962 and 1964 and is located in the tranquil and picturesque Faludital valley. The water slide, the sun island, the diving tower (jumping heights of 3 and 5 meters), and the large swing area also offer plenty of additional entertainment. Free admission to the bathing lake with the Burgenland Card. Price without the card: €3.80 (valid for 2025). Discounts are available for families, seniors, schoolchildren, and students.

"Lord, it's time. The summer was very long. Cast your shadow on the sundials, and let the winds loose in the fields. Command the last fruits to be full; give them two more southerly days, push them toward perfection, and chase the last sweetness into the heavy wine." (Rainer Maria Rilke, 1875 – 1926)
