If you ride on the side, it's better, still very bumpy.

I got to know and love Karls Erlebnisdorf through my wife 😉. You can visit it at any time of year - even in winter. You can find (almost) everything there 👍. I also strongly advise you to take as much money 💰 with you as possible - I speak - as someone directly affected - from (my own) experience 👌. And something else that struck me as positive: You can get there comfortably and safely by bus 🚌 even without your own car, for example from Binz on Rügen ✌️.

The Binz pier is quite long. It was rebuilt in 1994 and is Rügen's second longest pier, extending a total of 370 metres into the Baltic Sea.

Beautiful nature away from the hustle and bustle

The Baltic Sea resort of Binz is the seaside resort on Rügen par excellence. It is known for its sophisticated villas and resort architecture. A fine Baltic Sea beach awaits you here and you can swim wonderfully here - so it is naturally busy here even in summer. The Adler ships dock at the pier and you can go on great boat trips from here. But you can also go on very nice tours on foot from Binz: e.g. along the high shore path to Sellin or to Prora. When Rügen is in hibernation in winter, Binz is one of the few places on Rügen where there is something going on all year round.
