To the east of the church, directly adjacent to the cemetery wall, is the monumental tomb of the von Schwerin-Löwitz family. It was built between 1890 and 1910 on behalf of Hans von Schwerin-Löwitz.

The park has been fragmented by allotment gardens, but the park wall has been partially preserved.

Yep, still looks very intact, well cared for. Apparently it is closed in the winter season.

The small rectangular hall church was built in quarry stone in 1620. The brick tower rising above the west gable was added at the end of the 19th century. The interior of the flat-roofed hall is characterized by the late Renaissance pulpit altar from the 17th century in shades of brown, a similarly designed box next to it and the simple brownish pews. The so-called "Schwerinswinkel" lies between Friedland and Anklam, because the Counts of Schwerin owned more than a dozen estates in this area. This also included Sophienhof, which for many years served as an outwork for the large nearby Putzar estate. At the end of the 19th century, the Counts of Schwerin had an older building from the 18th century converted in Sophienhof. The manor house was given its present form by adding a tower, a bay window and a balcony. The last owner before the expropriation in the course of the land reform after 1945 was Margarete Countess of Schwerin. The listed manor house stood empty for many years and was badly damaged when the current owners took over the building in the 1990s. Since then, the renovation of the interior has almost been completed, and the renovation of the outer facade has now begun. The manor house is surrounded by a 5-hectare park, which looks very well-tended today. The park and the manor house are enclosed by a park wall. A few buildings from the former estate, which were built at the end of the 19th century, have been preserved. A katen shows the initials G.G.v.S. 1893. After the windmill on the Butterberg ceased operations in 1854, the steam-powered mill was built. On the west side there was a sheet metal chimney about 20 m high. In 1922/23 the mill received an electric connection and the mill was operated with an electric motor. It worked as a flour mill until the 1950s. Until 1978 it was used as a grist mill. Next to the mill is the miller's house. Source: https://www.kleks.app/editor/?element_id=177215&lang=de

Quaint, overgrown park in the village of Löwitz. The paths are basically passable, but there are a few fallen trees across. The lanterns look picturesque in the middle of the park's jungle.
