The bridge at the Linkenmühle was inaugurated in 1943 and blown up again by the Wehrmacht on April 12, 1945. It is probably the only bridge in Germany that is still in the same condition as after the war. There have been efforts to rebuild the bridge for many years. Unfortunately, nothing happens except that the necessary costs are estimated to be higher and higher.
