Here you'll find a small covered shelter, similar to an open hut – ideal for a rest or as a safe place in case of sudden rain. Right next to it, a stream burbles gently through the forest, creating a relaxing atmosphere. A perfect place for a relaxing break – whether it's sunny or the weather changes. I lingered here for a while, listening to the water and enjoying the tranquility of the forest. 📸 Tip: Especially in rain or early morning light, this is an atmospheric spot for a nature photo or a mindfulness video.

The entrance to the Roman-Celtic Trail Dream Loop is located at the Sternfeld barbecue hut near Osburg. A distinctive wooden arch with a trail sign marks the official starting point – ideal for a starting photo or selfie. I set out early in the morning (starting around 7:30 a.m.) and had the place completely to myself. When I returned, it was much busier – so an early start is worthwhile if you're looking for peace and quiet. 🅿️ Parking: Available directly at the barbecue hut. Alternatively, there is another small parking lot nearby if it's full.
