This public, yet natural park was established on a former fish farm on the Goldach River and officially opened on October 19, 2016. The responsible working group initiated the creation of what will ultimately be a scenic, natural, and diverse green space with various circular trails. Stations along the various circular trails provide information about nature and the element of water, which, along with the landscaped stream and water playground, invite visitors to linger. Natural play areas, as well as recreational and meeting spaces along the Goldach River, make a walk a varied and informative experience for the whole family. What was designed here: Pond with viewing platform and riverside planting Renaturalization of the formerly straightened Goldach stream (meanders, riprap, bank profiling, rushing water, habitats for brown trout and river mussels) New pedestrian bridge over the Goldach Pathways with bridges, fords, and crossings along and over the artificial stream with various rest stops Play areas with water play area (various water play equipment), open-air classroom Creation of new habitats for dippers and kingfishers Information boards in collaboration with the "Goldach Park Working Group" (funded by LEADER+, Foundation, Munich Water Management Authority)

By artist Harry S. The sculpture is intended to commemorate the Erding legend. After the construction of the nave, the people of Erding ran out of money, preventing the church tower from being erected. They attempted to push the town tower over to the church. Today, the town tower on Schrannenplatz, next to St. Johann's Church, still serves as a bell tower. The sculpture is connected to a fountain; the arch of water is intended to represent a gate, indicating that Erding was entered through a city gate. The sculpture group was inaugurated in 2013. There is also a second interpretation: the three figures—father, mother, and child—are trying to move the immovable water. Symbolizing "tackling the impossible."
