The Lochbachanstich at Lech power station 22 – Unterbergen was built between 1980 and 1982 as part of the construction of the entire power station and the run-of-river power plant there. Diversion and feeding of Lech water into the approximately 15-kilometer-long Lochbach, which supplies the Augsburg water system and the city forest. Due to the construction of power station 22, the old, popular Lochbach restaurant, among other things, had to make way at the time.
